Yong Management looks after residential rental property for owners who would rather not be on call. We are deliberately small, which means the person who knows your property is the person who picks up the phone.
How we work
Most problems in this business come from slow answers. A repair that waits two weeks becomes a bigger repair. A tenant who cannot reach anyone stops paying on time. So we built the office around speed: one system holding every lease, payment, receipt and invoice, and no request sitting in someone's inbox overnight.Owners see the same records we do, in a statement that arrives on the same day each month, with the receipts attached.
